Ever tried to find a dog-friendly space for an event in Melbourne? Look no further than Urban Dogs HQ! Our dog-friendly venue is available to hire for parties, events, meetings, and more.

We are also excited to offer clinic/office space to mobile canine specialists who wish to see clients in Melbourne’s inner north.

Amenities

We have a large indoor space and 2 clinic rooms/offices.

We have a small kitchenette with tea and coffee, as well as toilets, tables, and chairs. Any dog waste can be disposed of on site.

Venue hire: private party/event

Includes
  • Use of our main training space for 2-3 hours 
  • Up to 15 dogs
  • 3 tables and 20 chairs
  • Use of basic play equipment
  • Use of kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee machine and kettle on request
  • Toilet facilities
  • 1 staff member in attendance
  • Cleaning products for accidents

2-3 hours: $375

Conditions

  • Private party/event: BYO food and beverage 
  • We must receive a copy of vaccination certificates or titre tests of all dogs attending.
  • Deposit to be paid 30 days prior to event. 50% is non refundable if cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event.
  • Balance of payment to be paid on the day (cash or card).

We have public liability insurance for events.

Urban Dogs HQ is available for rent at the following times (outside of class times):

  • Saturday afternoon from 2pm
  • Some Sunday mornings
  • Some Sunday afternoons
  • daytime during the week.

Access

Our location in Melbourne’s inner north makes it a useful central meeting point. Urban Dogs HQ is accessible by all public transport (train, tram, and bus), by car, and by bike (the Upfield Bike path is only 150m away). There is a large public car park just steps away from the entrance.
